  • What ages can play?

    Laser Tag: Ages 6 and up

    Virtual Reality: Ages 8 and up (VR headsets may not fit younger children)

    Soccer Room: All ages welcome

    Party Room: All ages welcome for parties & events

  • How do I book a session?

    You can book online through our Scheduling page.
    Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot — especially for parties!

  • What are your hours?

  • How many players can play at once?

    Laser Tag: Up to 8 players per game

    VR Arenas: Up to 5 players per room

    Soccer Room: Up to 6 players recommended

    Party Room: Up to 20 guests depending on setup

  • How far in advance can I book?

    Bookings are open up to 60 days in advance.
    Walk-ins are welcome but subject to room availability.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?

    Yes — all players must sign a waiver before participating.
    Parents/guardians must sign for minors under age 18.
    The waiver is available online during booking or can be signed in person when you arrive.

  • What should we wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

  • Can we bring food or drinks?

    Party Room: You may bring outside food, drinks, and cake if you’ve reserved the Party Room.

    Other areas: No outside food or drink is allowed in the Laser Tag, VR, or Soccer Rooms.

    We also have snacks and drinks available for purchase on site.

  • ✅ Have fun! That’s why you’re here.
    ✅ All players must have a signed waiver before participating.
    ✅ Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult.
    ✅ No rough play, pushing, or running outside game areas.
    ✅ Please treat equipment & our space with care.
    ✅ Closed-toe shoes required for all activities.
    ✅ No food or drink allowed in game areas (except Party Room).
    ✅ Follow all staff instructions — they are here to keep you safe & having fun.
    ✅ Play at your own risk — Gundels is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  • ✅ Ages 8+ may participate.
    ✅ Follow staff instructions for putting on/taking off headset.
    ✅ Remain inside your designated VR play space — no wandering into other players' space.
    ✅ No running or jumping in VR.
    ✅ If you feel dizzy or unwell — stop play and alert staff immediately.
    ✅ No food, drinks, or gum in VR rooms.
    ✅ Treat VR equipment with care.

    ✅ Please clean up after your party — trash bags provided.
    ✅ No alcohol or vaping allowed.
    ✅ Decorations must be safe — no open flames, glitter, or confetti.
    ✅ No tape or tacks on walls — use approved clips/hooks only.
    ✅ Children must be supervised at all times.
    ✅ Follow your scheduled time.
